 Refund Policy – Ayurvedam Foundation

At Ayurvedam Foundation, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for all our participants. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling :-

By Organizer: If the event is canceled, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Travel, accommodation, or third-party expenses will not be covered.

Rescheduled Event: If the event is rescheduled, participants can choose to attend on the new date or request a full refund.

 

2.Refund Eligibility & Conditions :-

Cancellation by Participant: Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the event. Late requests will not be accepted.

No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

Transfer of Registration: Registrations are transferable to another individual with at least 7 days’ prior notice.

 

3.Refund Process :-

Request Submission: Refund requests must include participant details, payment proof, and a valid reason.

 

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited to the original payment method.

 

Partial Refunds: In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be granted at the Foundation’s discretion.
